Tree service in Lakewood Ranch.
One of America's fastest-growing master-planned communities. Almost every village has an active ARC and a community-wide tree management approach. We work with property managers and HOA boards on multi-year tree care plans, scheduled maintenance, and the documented work that boards can put in their reserve studies.

Manatee County has tree-protection rules; many planned communities also have ARC (architectural review) approval requirements for tree work. Anna Maria Island has additional landscape ordinances. Mangroves are MTPA-protected.

Lakewood Ranch questions we get often.
How do I get tree work approved through my LWR village ARC?
Each village handles it slightly differently, but the common pattern: photos of the tree, written scope from the contractor (us), and species/condition documentation. We provide the contractor-side paperwork in the format every LWR ARC accepts — and we wait for approval before starting work.
Do you do community-wide tree management for HOAs in LWR?
Yes — that's a big part of what we do here. Multi-year master tree plans, common-area inventory, scheduled trimming and pre-storm inspection, board-ready reports. The big surprises in HOA tree budgets come from putting off structural work for 5+ years — we plan to avoid that.
Does Lakewood Ranch require HOA approval for tree work?
Most LWR villages and master-planned communities require ARC approval for removal of any significant tree, and many require it for trimming above a threshold. We coordinate the ARC paperwork as part of the estimate and pause until approval lands.
